Issued to Chris & Meg Veno, authorizing development in the Ocean Hazard (AEC) at 10 Comber Rd. , in Wilmington,
NC, as requested in the pernittee's application, dated August 16, 2019. This permit, issued on October 4. 2019, is
subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations
and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
This permit authorizes: Demolition of wdsting single family residence and construction of new single fain ly residence with septic
and driveway and associated landscaping
(1) An proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the pernAted work plat
drawings(s) dated received on September 18, 2019.
(2) All construction must conform to ftre N.C. Building Code requirements and all other bo", State and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any charge or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaltration and
modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 910-798-7118 for a final inspection at
completion of work.
