Since they are adhering to the riparian setback requirements, and not exceeding the 200ft limit, we have no legitimate objection. Personally I hate covered piers, but there are a few on Evans's Street. From my porch the majority of the structure will be behind trees. I tried to reach out to the Seegars (neighbors on the opposite side of the Gennon's) to make sure they were aware of the project, but I'm not sure if they actually received the letter. Did they reply with any objections?
