DESCRIPTION
Right side of property
We propose to install a new boat lift on existing pier on right side of property.
This will include installation of four (4) new 12" x 35' long pilings.
Left side of property
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 120' long
walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 20' long platform. This will include a 9' wide x
16' long stepdown kayak platform.
We propose to install a new 12.5' wide x 22.5' long gazebo roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift with a 10' wide x 12' long Thru Flow deck
and dual jet ski bunks. This will include installation of four (4) new 10" x 30' long
pilings.
