The County's Stormwater Requirements have been met for controlling stormwater on this. .
lot based on the following conditions:
1. More than 4 inches of fill will be added to the site to construct a home, garage and
concrete driveway with a total proposed impervious area of 4,506 sf ' The maximum .
impervious area allowed per the State Stormwater Permit is 6,500 sf.
2. The remainder of the lot outside of the fill area will be graded to tie.into existing ,
natural grades and drain towards the rear of the lot Stormwater runoff to adjacent
lots must be minimized
3_ All stormwater runoff from the roof will be collected in gutters and downspouts and
directed to 4" perforated drainpipe buried r deep on 6" of gravel .and directed:to the .
rear of the lot
4. If necessary, swales will be installed inside the property lines to ensure that runoff
remains on -site and does not drain to adjacent lots.
5.. All necessary erosion control measures are in place prior to grading'the lot
6. A floodplain development permit and CAMA permit must be issued by Brunswick
County before -construction if required.
7. All pervious surfaces must be adequately stabilized upon completion of construction.
There is a-$50 fee for the stormwater permit Please call (910) 253-2405 fora final stormwater
inspection of the site once the home has been constructed before CO. The underground
drainpipe will need to be inspected before it is covered to ensure compliance.

1. This permit is effective only with respect. to the specific design flow facilities, and the nature and volume of waste described in the

2. All documents, including but not limited to site.evaluation, design review plans and specifications, Triparty Agreements,
