The floating dock will be 36" off of the existing platform where noted. The floating dock itself measures 11'4" x 10'10" (I'm resending the visual with measurements on the proposed dock). However, I need to know the dimensions — width, length and extent that the gangway and floating structure will extend off that point. I can't tell the measurement from that location of the platform to the riparian line. In the future, please indicate the total distance including the gangway so that I can make a better determination in regards to riparian lines. That being said, Mr. Beasley didn't waive his 15' setback distance, so the project as proposed wouldn't be feasible. I would suggest a reconfiguration to ensure that the new structure doesn't encroach into the 15' setback. From my measurements, the existing structure is 22' from the riparian line.
