Newport, NC 28570
Dustin owns both of these lots. He would like to do a shared observation landing in the center of the two lots as well as a
Seawall. (See drawing).
I sent the forms Certified Mail. I was able to get in contact with one neighbor (Ellen Brotzman) but the other has not
responded at all no within the 10 day window and I have attached the receipts of the certified mail. They were received
May 27.
If there is anything else you suggest to reach out to the neighbor please let me know. If not we would like to move
forward if possible. Also if you need any more information that I have not included please let me know and I'll get it send
as quickly as possible.
