This permit, issued on September 10, 2019 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes: INSTALL A IN THE GROUND POOL WITH A MAXIMUM OF 625 SQUARE FEET OF WOOD DECKING MAXIMUM OF 200 SQUARE FEET WITHIN THE 30 FOOT BUFFER AND DETACHED FROM THE POOL. REMOVE THE NONCONFORMING BRICK WALKWAY WITH THE 30 FOOT BUFFER AREA. (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received dated received September 9, 2019. (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. (4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further widen permit approval. The site plan that was submitted with the Minor CAMA Permit application show the location of the proposed pool underneath the existing structure. The Town Zoning Permit cannot be issued until an Engineer letter required by FEMA regulations and Building Code has been submitted for the Building Inspectors review. Also the Towns Ordinance requires (1) 9' x 20' parking space be accessible for each bedroom and shall be shown on the site plan for verification. Be advised that once the above information has been submitted for review the undersigned hereby gives notice to the applicant that for good cause, and in order to properly consider all information necessary to making a decision on this permit application, the time period within which a final decision shall be made has been extended an additional twenty-five (25) days.
