HomeMy WebLinkAboutHB_19-034_ Hendrix (2)Town of Holden Beach Local Government CAMA MINOR DEVELOPMENT PFRD?1, M�117 as authorized by the State of North Carolina, Department of Environment Quality and the Coastal Resources Commission for development in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the General Statutes, "Coastal Area Management' 2019.034 Permit Number Issued to Matt Hendrix authorizing development in the Estuarine Shoreline at 111 Tuna Drivew in Holden Beach NC 28462, as requested in the permittee's application, dated July 30, 2019 This permit issued on August 23, 2019, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special Conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes: ADD A 6' X 22' PORCH AREA ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE EXISTING HOUSE AND ADD STORMWATER RETENTION AS DESINGED BY THE ENGINEER. MUST NOT BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD 25 FOOT SETBACK. (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings (survey) dated stamped received August 8, 2019 dated 6-8-2019 and signed by Everett G. Graham. (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. (4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 910-842-6080 for a final inspection at completion of work. (Additional Permit Conditions on Page 2) within twenty(20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease unfit the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further wdtten permit approval. This area shall be immediately vegetatively stabilized and must remain in a vegetated state. (11)Areas below the structure which are below the lowest floor shall not be designed or used for human habitation, but shall only be used for parking of vehicles, building access or limited storage of maintaince equipment. Flood Vents shall be installed in accordance with FEMA regulations and Holden Beach Town Ordinance. Access to the enclosed area shall be limited to a (standard exterior door), or entry to the living area (stairway or elevator). The inferior portion of such enclosed area shall not be finished or partitioned into separate moms, except to enclose storage areas. Flood vents and break a way walls are required in all areas below the Flood Zone. (12)A as built survey will be required prior to a final inspection being completed. (13)The stormwater retention area shall be inspected prior to being covered up for compliance with engineered design.
