TRENT WOODS NEW BERN, NC DESCRIPTION We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 60' long walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 20' long platform. This will include a 4' wide x 46' long wooden L-shaped finger pier and a small 6' stepdown platform. We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof and an 11' wide x 12.5' long gazebo roof covering a portion of the dock platform. This will be a hip roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12. We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include the installation of four (4) new 12" x 30' long pilings. We propose to install a new boat lift. This lift will sit on piling brackets that will be attached to the center boat house pilings. We propose to install additional Class B granite riprap along the shoreline and around cypress trees. This will be installed at the rate of approximately 3/4 —1 ton per foot. We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 120' long with 3.5' exposure from water level. This includes a 12' long wingback on the left side of the property.
