As requested, please see the attached form from my mother, Joanne Newton, authorizing me as agent on her
behalf. Note also I'm on the deed due to the house being in a trust, so I'm not sure this is necessary but just in
case. In any event, our neighbor Shaun Lynch has forwarded you his adjacent property owner riparian rights
form via email, and I believe the Town of Atlantic Beach (Elisabeth there) should do so as well within the next

Heather, thanks for this... two more quick questions, I hope!
First, on the adjacent owner form, are we asking the owners to check the option that they waive
th 15' setback for this project (repair/replacing the seawall) - I've attached that section. Second,
Joann Lynch, our neighbor to the east recently passed away. Her son Shaun has inherited the
house and is managing the property- he is also going to be repairing/replacing the seawall there
as well. How should we handle getting his signature, should he be listed as Shaun Lynch,
signing as executor of Joann's estate? thanks so much.

to get this updated into your records.
