Dear Bryan:
On behalf of Echo Farms, LLC, Land Management Group is submitting a CAMA General Permit application
to construct a kayak launch within the Woodlands at Echo Farms site off Appleton Way, Wilmington, NC
as depicted in the attached site plan. Note that the applicant obtained a CAMA GP for this project last
year, but the permit expired prior to constructing the structure. Therefore, they are reapplying. No
changes to the previously authorized plan are proposed.
Enclosed are a site plan, agent authorization form, deed, and $200 fee check. The adjacent riparian
landowners of the site have been notified and a copy of the notification letters are included in this
application. The "green card receipts" from this certified mail notification are included in the application.
