Thanks for that information on MR. Eure. Two years ago we(Barnesfield HOA) applied for and got a permit to bulkhead the "common area" at the end of Mary Lane. That project was canceled after a lot of work went in to it with planning, permitting, pricing, etc. This project has found the "Back Burner" for the time being. Can we possibly apply/transfer the $400. fee from that non completed project to this project? Just thought I would ask. Many thanks for all your help.
