Enclosed are Adjacent Riparian Property owners Certification as you requested: Lyn Bird and Mr. Eure
from NCDOT.
Thanks for that information on MR. Eure.
Two years ago we(Barnesfield HOA) applied for and got a permit to bulkhead the "common area" at
the end of Mary Lane. That project was canceled after a lot of work went in to it with planning,
permitting, pricing, etc. This project has found the "Back Burner" for the time being.
Can we possibly apply/transfer the $400. fee from that non completed project to this project? Just
thought I would ask.

Certified Mail.
WAIVER SECTION
I understand that any proposed pier, dock, mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or
groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me
(this does not apply to bulkheads or riprap revetments). (If you wish to waive the setback, you must sign
the appropriate blank below.)
