Please see attached pdf for a proposal at holden beach.
For this site, the contractor (Adam Green) is proposing to extend a floating dock over the USACE setback but is
proposing that the pilings for the floater be located landward of the line, as well as the proposed lift. Is this acceptable
at this site?
