Dear Mr. & Mrs. Russell,
Riverfront Builders, LLC (dba Riverfront Docks) is an authorized agent for property owner James Fuss.
We are applying for a CAMA permit to install a concrete dock and platform adjacent to the Neuse River,
located at 969 Becton Road in Craven County in Havelock, North Carolina. The specifics of the proposed
work are in the enclosed form and drawing.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required to notify you of
the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. Please review, sign
and return the attached form and drawing.
Should you have any objections to this proposal, please send your written comments to Roy Brownlow,
District Manager at 400 Commerce Avenue in Morehead City, NC 28557 within 30 days of your receipt
of this notice. Such comments will be considered by the Department in reaching a final decision on the
application. No comment within 30 days of your receipt of this notice will be considered as no
