Our boat ramp is in need of replacing the ramp surface and I'm applying for the needed permit though the NC Division of Coastal Management. As a requirement of the permit, I'm sending you this letter, a lot map, and a form that gives you the opportunity to provide comments if you desire. Our ramp resurfacing is pretty routine and should have very little impact on the surroundings. I'm requesting that you sign "I do not have objections to this proposal". I don't think there is any need to waive the 15' set back as the ramp is on the opposite side of our lot. Thanks for your time and help.
