requested in the permittee's application, dated received March 25, 2019. This permit, issued April 4,n2019, is subjectto
compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special
conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or aril
action, or may cause the permit to be nun and void.
This pert authorizes REPLACE POOL, ADD WOOD DECKING 6' IN ALL DIRECTION AROUND POOL, CONSTRUCT 350 FEET
OF DECKING NOT ATTACHED TO THE POOL ALL LANDWARD OF THE TOE OF THE FRONTAL DUNE CONSTRUCT
WALKWAY NOT TO BE ATTACHED TO ANY DECKING AND WILL END WHERE DETERMINED BY LPO.
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) stamped received March 25, 2019.
(2) An construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and a0 other local, State and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FEMA Rood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and
modification of this permit
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 910-842.6080 for a final inspection at

(5) The structure must set back a minimum of 60 feet from the first fine of stable natural vegetation, as
determined by the tPO.
(6) All construction shall be done in accordance with section 15A NCAC 07H .0306.
This development shall be permitted only if is landward of the vegetation line. Involves no alteration of primary
frontal dunes because that would compromise the integrity of the dune as a protective Tani form or dune
vegetation_ Other dunes within the ocean hazard area shall not be disturbed.
(n The permittee is required to contact the Local Permit Officer 910-842-6080, shortly before he plans to begin
construction to arrange a setback measurement that will be effective for sixty (60) days barring a major
shoreline change. Construction must begin within sixty (60) days of the determination or the measurement is
void and must be redone.
(8) All buildings constructed within the ocean hazard area shag comply with the NC Building Code, including the
Coastal and Flood Plain Construction Standards of the N. C. Building Cade, and the Local Flood Damage
Prevention Ordinance as required by the National Flood Insurance Program. If any provisions of the building
code or a Hood damage prevention ordinance are inconsistent with any of the following AEC standards, the
more restrictive provision shall control.
(9) Dune disturbances will not be allowed because the dune's protective value could be weakened or reduced.
Disturbed dune areas will be immediately stabilized with vegetation.
(10) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Disturbed areas shall be vegetatatively stabilized
(planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction completion.
(11)Any structure authorized by this permit shall be relocated or dismantled when it becomes imminently
threatened by changes in shorerme configuration. The structure(s) shall be relocated or dismantled within two
years of the time when it becomes imminently threatened, and in any case upon its collapse or subsidence.
However, if natural shorefine recovery or beach renourishment takes place within two years of the time the
structure becomes in ninently threatened, so that the structure is no longer imminently threatened, then H
need not be relocated or dismantled at that time. This condition shall not affect the permit holder's right to
seek aufhorization of temporary protective measures allowed under CRC rules.
(12) No fill material has been permitted for this lot
(13) The POOL decking shall not be structurally attached to the walkway or any other decking.
(14) The pool shall be in the existing ground and the decking on the ground.
(15) The walkway Shall meet all conditions of chapter 94 located in the code of ordinances and the NC building
Code.
(16) A as built survey will be required to verify that all conditions have been meet
NOTE: We propose that you install a physical barrier (silt fence) along the landward toe of
the dune prior to construction and during construction so that no land disturbance is
done landward of the toe of the dune as shown on the survey.

Each of the above described lots are 50 feet wide and are 100 feet deep; the odd numbered lots
front on the Atlantic Ocean and the even numbered lots front on the paved highway.
Conveyed herewith also is a6 right, title, and interest of Grantor in and to the 60 feet strip for a
road never opened lying between the above -described lots.
The property herein conveyed is not the primary residence of the Grantor.
To have and to hold the aforesaid lot or parcel, together with all privileges and appurtenances
thereto, heretofore belonging to the Grantor in fee simple.
The Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that the Grantor is seized of the premises in fee
simple, has the right to convey the same in fee simple, that the title is marketable and free
and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the
lawful claims of all persons whomever except for the exceptions hereinafter stated. Title to
the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions: The provisions of
all applicable zoning and land ordinances, statutes and regulations; 2014 ad valorem taxes;
