DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 112' long with 3' +/-
exposure. This includes an 8'—10' long wingback on each side of the wall and on
each side of the boat ramp.
We propose to install a 15' wide x 40' long boat ramp to extend 20' waterward of
the normal water line.

Good morning Kent,
One follow-up question I've got is how long they're expecting the work to take place (i.e., how long of an
extension they're requesting). Based on what was provided, if they could put up a turbidity curtain while the
rock bed and concrete slabs are being installed, I don't foresee this being a problem. But that'll really depend on
when they're wanting to get the work done. Thanks Kent!

I have another ramp that I'm pretty sure is moratorium area. However they are not doing any digging in the

Kent,
Along with the proposed bulkhead, The proposed boat ramp to be located at 407 Point of View
Dr. in Merritt will be installed on the left side adjacent to the existing dock structure. There is no
marsh grass in this area and the depth approx. 20'waterward is 2.5'deep. The proposed ramp will
be 15' wide and 40' long and only 20'waterward with 20' on land. There will be no digging in
this area other than landward grading, We will install a bed of 2" rock in the ramp area. We will
pour 2- 15' x 20'concrete slabs on land and when cured we will push them into place.
Hopefully with this construction methodology,we can install within the moratorium dates.
