Development and State Dredge and Fill permit, acting as agent for Dare County, to undertake
development activities at property in and adjacent to Oregon Inlet, in Dare County.
Additional time is needed for this office to complete the review and make, a decision on your

days is provided by G.S. 113A-122(c) which would make June 29, 2019, the new deadline for
