permit has described to me, as shown on the attached drawing, the development they are proposing. A
description or drawing, with dimensions must be provided with this letter.

Management (DCM) in writing within 90 days of receipt of this notice. Correspondence should be
mailed to 400 Commerce Ave., Morehead City, NC 28557. DCM representatives can also be contacted
at (252) 808-2808. No response is considered the same as no objection if you have been notified by
Certified Mail.
WAIVER SECTION
I understand that any proposed pier, dock, mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or
groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me
(this does not apply to bulkheads or riprap revetments). (If you wish to waive the setback, you must sign
the appropriate blank below.)

DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 115' long with 8' +/-
exposure. This includes a 20' long wingback on the left side of the property.
We propose to install a new vinyl upper bulkhead. Wall will be 110' long with 6'
exposure. This includes a 16' long wingback on the right side of the property.
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 230' long
walkway connecting to a 9' wide x 30' long platform. This will include a 5' wide x
20' long stepdown kayak platform.
We propose to install a new 12.5' wide x 12.5' long gazebo roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This will include the installation of four (4)
new 10" x 30' long pilings.
