It appears that both items are located in the 30' buffer, which is not allowed according to Section 15A NCAC 07H.0209.(d)(10) of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Coastal Management, regulation. As a result, the Minor CAMA Development Permit cannot be issued until those structures (storage building and propane tank) are removed and a Stormwater Management Plan completed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of North Carolina is submitted.
