All future liability (replacement or repair due to storm damage etc) will be at the owner's expense. Shipwatch Village Homeowners Association will remain responsible for the original limited common facility structures, but not for owner financed enhancements. The named property owner furthermore agrees the construction of the owner financed finger pier, lift, additions and alterations will be free standing and not affixed in anyway to the original limited common facility structures with the exception of electrical wire and conduit routing.
