County owned lot, and how narrow that lot is, we do not wish to waive the 15' setback.

I failed to put on my original cama permit diagram the two posts for a wet slip for my dock. I have updated my diagram
to reflect this change. Heather requested I resend this to you to get your signature on the document to issue a new
cama permit. All your help is greatly appreciated. Would you approve to waive the 15 ft setback for my dock portion of
the permit

I submitted my documents for a cama permit and failed to put the two post beside the platform of my dock for a wet
slip. Heather with. NCDENR asked I reach out to you to get your approval of this amended drawing adding the two post
