Please see the attached documents for the above address. I had gotten these together last July in
2021 in hopes of getting this taken care of. At that time my neighbor wanted to have some dredging
done as well. He has now changed his mind after all this time.
All of the documents are dated back in July of last year 2021. Will I need to have the adjoining land
owners sign the documents again with a current date? The adjoining land owners are the same as
they were last year.
Also, will you please review the drawing attached so I can add any additional information that you
may need.
