Dear Mr. Connell,
Per our email discussion, a CAMA General Permit for this property was issued by you 7-23-20.
The Permit has expired, but the Owner is now ready to construct it. Therefore, we are submitting for anew
CAMA Permit.
Per our previous telephone and email conversations, Mr. Humphrey wants to replace his existing
piers with floating piers and also extend the West side pier out 130', which would be to the approximate
same location as his neighbors' piers to his East. Please find enclosed the following for the CAMA
General Permit Application:
1. One (1) copy of the Site Plan showing the existing and proposed piers.
2. One (1) Agent Authorization Form.
3. One (1) Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Form for both property owners.
4. One (1) Check #40950 in the amount of $200.00.
