SITE PLAN NOTES
1. All dimensions are taken at 900 unless noted otherwise.
2. Contractor shall verify property nines prior to any construction.
3 Contractor shall dispose of existing material per North Carolina regulations.
4. A minimum of 2% shall be maintained on all paved and landscape surfaces.
Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all surfaces slope away from
building, walk, and walls a minimum of 2% slope.
5. Contractor shall verify all existing contours and spot elevations prior to any
construction and shall contact Landscape Architect if any discrepancies occur prior to
construction.
6. Contractor shall field verify location of all utilities prior to construction and shall
be responsible for all repair cost due to damages caused by him/her.
7. Contractor shall notify Landscape Architect if any discrepancies occur prior to any
construction.
S. Contractor shall stake location of proposed walks, seatwalIs, retain ing walls and
courtyard then to be approved by Landscape Architect and Owner for approval.
9. Refer to grading plan for additional site information.
10. Final bench locations shall be determined by Owner. Contractor shall secure
benches to paving per manufacturer's directions.
11. Contractor shall stake parking lot for review and approval from Owner prior to
any construction.
