Please find attached copies of the necessary documentation to request a GP 2700 for installation of 182
linear feet of oyster shell bag offshore sill at the above referenced property. The following is included in

$200 Permit Fee
We attempted to notify both adjacent riparian property owners of the proposed project as evidenced
bythe post -marked certified mail receipts and US Postal Service tracking information attached. However,
pursuant to section 15A NCAC 07.2705 Specific Conditions subsection (k), as the proposed project is
within 25 feet of shore, waiver of the 15-foot setback by the adjacent landowners is not required.
