Please utilize this correspondence as a refinement request to CAMA Major #23-22 per Bell
Investment Group, LLC to include the construction of stairs for each lot providing water access along
Bogue Sound. Attached is the revised sheet C-5 cross section, which now includes a typical detail for
the water access. If I can provide any additional information, please let me know.
