BISER Secretary BRAXTON DAVIS UfrKmr Mr. David Perry 4267 Lawnvale Drive Gainesville, VA 20155 Dear Mr. Perry: NORTH CAROLINA Enrtronmental Quality LETTER OF REFINEMENT Permit # 122-21 January 10, 2 This letter is in response to written correspondence received on December 9, 2021, from your authorized agent Brian Rubino of Quible & Associates, in which was requested that Major Permit # 122-21 be modified to include a t 30' vinyl bulkhead wingwall on the northern side of the property line between your property located at 3910 Ivy Lane and 3904 Ivy Lane (owned by Mr. Jerry Ange) in the Town of Kitty Hawk. Major Permit # 122-21 was issued to David Perry & Jerry Ange on September 8, 2021. This Permit is for the construction of a t 217' bulkhead at an average distance of 6' waterward with a maximum distance of 16' waterward of normal water level and a t 212' x 8' riprap revetment waterward of the bulkhead. In addition to shoreline stabilization, the Permit also authorizes the construction of a pier, covered platform, lower platform, pier access walkway, and the placement of t 11,152 in preparation for the future construction of a single-family dwelling on the property owned by Mr. David Perry. The majority of the project is primarily located at 3910 Ivy Lane (Perry property), Lot 31 within Section 2 of the Kitty Hawk Landing subdivision; however, a portion of the authorized development extends onto 3904 Ivy Lane (Ange property), Lot 1 within Section 4 of the same subdivision. Both properties are located within the Town of Kitty Hawk, Dare County, and are adjacent to the Albemarle Sound. Currently both lots are undeveloped and covered primarily with lawn grass species. Your modification request as described and depicted in your submittal dated December 9, 2021 is hereby authorized as a refinement to CAMA Major permit # 122-21. All existing conditions remain in effect, including the expiration date of December 31, 2024. This letter is provided to you as a record of the authorization, and should be included with the Permit file. You may also need to obtain a building permit from the Town of Kitty Hawk or Dare County.
