issued to Brian Humphrey Design Build Inc., authorizing development in the Estuarine Shoreline (AEC) at 6430 Shinwood
Road in Wilmington, New Hanover County, as requested in the permittee's application, dated July 24, 2018, and received
complete July 25, 2018, This permit, issued on August 3, 2018, is subject to compliance with the application and site
drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below.
Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be
null and void:
This permit authorizes; the construction of an attached, uncovered 72 SF open slatted deck, an attached uncovered 200
SF open slatted deck, and an attached 228 covered porch on the existing single family residential structure,
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings dated received on July 25, 2018.
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations,
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at (910) 798-7571 for a final
inspection at completion of work.

the project Is 'nspected (or compliance. Any ;maintenance work or project
modification -.ct covered under this permy, requi a farther written, oermit

In issuing this hermit it is agreed that this project !s consistent with the local Lana

PLANNING & ZONING
The subdivision was platted prior to the NHC Conservation Overlay District and primary structures used
for single family homes are not subject to the regulations. So, the additions must be attached to the
principle structure and the use of that structure must be single family.
