contacted at (252) 264-3901. No response is considered the same as no objection if you have been
notified by Certified Mail.

I understand that any proposed pier, dock, mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or
groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me
(this does not apply to bulkheads or riprap revetments). (If you wish to waive the setback. you must sign

Firstly, let me say that I appreciate your understanding and patience with regard to my jet ski docks.
I moved them to Wanchese this morning and I am now back in compliance.

They will all be gone on Saturday, April 2nd. My intention was to remove them last weekend, but the SW
winds prevented me from towing them to OBX Marina.
I am seeing a window on Saturday that the winds will lay down. Please come by anytime next week. They will
be gone.

I was in the Manteo area this afternoon, and since it was the end of the month, I went by the property of 263 Mother
Vineyard. The unauthorized jet ski platforms have not been removed. Based upon my prior site visit, the only
change I saw was the double platform is now on the right side.
If plans have changed and they are not being removed, I will have to move forward with the official Notice of
Violation. The current request for the installation of lifts will continue to be on hold.

Will do. I've already spoken with Mr. Stinger, and he plans to remove those platforms
by the end of this month. If he voluntarily removes the structures, I have authorization
to forego the NOV process. However, the GP request will still be on hold until that is
verified. Mr. Stinger will call me when the platforms are removed so that I can go back
onsite to verify and update site photos.
