We have been extremely busy and it is taking me time to address and process everyone's permits. Below is a quick permit update for the 3 permits I have in the queue for you: 134 W. Holly Trail, Southern Shores — Kendra Reisch - My records are showing that we have not received documentation confirming the notification of Kent & Christina Rauscher. Have you received a returned signed form or green card from the Rauschers? 137 W. Holly Trail, Southern Shores — Michael & Deborah Davis - Can you send me what documentation you have on the second attempt to notify Carrie Suthard? I have the receipts and tracking from the first notification, so I will check with our legal team to see if I can use the tracking information from both attempts in lieu of a returned green card. 326 & 322 Eagle Drive, Colington —John & Suzanna Woolard - A check or money order for the permit fee in the amount of $600.00 ($400 for bulkhead & $200 for the docking facility) made payable to NCDEQ. I do have two questions in regards to this site: o There is an existing 28'x11' deck adjacent to the platforms that is not shown on the drawing. It is non -conforming with current rules & regulations. Is that deck changing shape or location at all? Is it being removed? It is not shown on the drawing. o The drawing indicates that the proposed platform will be located 15' from the adjacent property line. This would be a slight shift to the west as I measured the existing platform to be 23' away from the property line. Will you be removing the existing tie piles that is to the west of the existing platform or will it be staying in place as the platform shifts?
