On behalf of Phillip and Jamie Lanzi, I would like to request a CAMA General Permit for a fixed pier
installation on the North Side of Howe Creek (Parcel R04419-001-027-000) at 6600 Carmel Trail,
Wilmington, New Hanover County. The applicant proposes installation of a fixed pier on the southern
portion of the property. The proposed pier will have a pier access that ties into the permitted deck
and house and will measure 6' wide x 105' long. The fixed pier will measure 6' wide and 90' long with an
fixed platform measuring 12' wide and 12' long and a solar powered water access platform
measuring 11.6' wide and 12.5' long. There is no additional upland work proposed on the property. A
Figure, Signed Agent Authorization, $200 application fee check, and Deed are enclosed. Adjacent
Riparian Notifications have been sent, and the certified mail receipts are enclosed.
