Hi Maria, The properties to the south lost a significant amount of beach starting with that Nor Easter we had that coincided with the King Tide last November. There were a few subsequent storms that contributed to the erosion after that. There were 4 homes to the south that were considered eminently threatened and around another 4 that were permitted for beach bulldozing between December and February. There is no house there currently but I believe they have an approved minor permit to build. I can verify that if needed. The access is roughly at 170 Beach Road S. the NHC parcel map shows this access in my screen shot below. This property owner is relatively new and had a hard time getting their paperwork together. I've had their partial application since February. I have a few pictures of the initial escarpment created last year and the neighboring properties that had the bulldozing performed if that would be of interest.
