Battalina Creek at 27159 HWY 264 E, near Belhaven, as requested in the permittee's letter dated 11 /10/20,
including the attached workplan drawina (1) dated "Received MP Section WID 2/9/21".
This permit, issued on March 11.2021 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to finesi imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) Unless specifically altered herein, this Minor Modification authorizes the two (2) gazebos, two (2)
mooring piling replacements, the installation of six (6) boat lifts within existing slips, and the
installation of two fuel dispensers, all as expressly and specifically set forth in the attached letter and
workplan drawings. Any additional development activities may require a modification of this permit.
(See attached sheet for additional conditions)
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date_
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department

Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
December 31, 2021
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees that
your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
No attempt shall be made by the permittee to prevent the full and free use by the public of all navigable
waters at or adjacent to the authorized work.
The authorized structure and associated activity shall not cause an unacceptable interference with
navigation and shall not exceed the dimensions shown on the attached permit drawings.
General
The permittee and/or his or her contractor shall meet with a representative of the Division prior to
project initiation.
7) This Minor Modification shall he attached to the original Permit No. 115-18, which was issued on
10/5/18, as well as all subsequent modifications, refinements, and renewals, and copies of all documents
must be readily available on site when Division personnel inspect the project for compliance.
8) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force unless specifically altered herein.
NOTE: This permit does not eliminate the need to obtain any additional state, federal or local permits,
approvals or authorizations that may be required.
NOTE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assigned the project Action ID SAW-2018-01563.
NOTE: The Division of Water Resources assigned the proposed project DWR Project No. 18-1108.
NOTE: A minor modification application processing fee of S 100 was received by DCM for this project.

CAMA Major Permit 115-18 was issued to T.J.'S Land Development, LLC on October 51h 2018 for
the construction of a boat maintenance facility and marina. This included 13 slips, boat ramp,
travel -lift, maintenance excavation, pump -out, and fuel. The permit has under gone several
refinements and minor modifications including minor changes to bulkhead alignments,
boardwalk material changes, boat ramp finger pier, and finger piers along travel lift.
A completed request to modify CAMA Major Permit No. 115-18 was received on November 6,
2020 with the addition of 2 - 16'x16' gazebos surfaces, addition of two mooring pilings in the
same location as a single existing piling to aid in mooring of a large barge, the conversion of 6
permitted wet slips into 4-pole boat lifts slips, as well as the addition of two fuel dispensers
located adjacent to the previously permitted pump -out station. The proposed gazebos and fuel
dispensers are located on existing impervious surfaces.
