and NC, as requested in the permittee's application, dated December 28, 2017. This permit, issued on January 5, 2018 is
subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations
and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject perr�ittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.

All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted vjorl; plat drawings(s)
dated received by town of Holden Beach December 29: 2017 and signed by Everett Graham.
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FSMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and
modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 910-842-6080 for a final inspection at
completion or work.

(5) The amount of impervious surface shall not exceed 30% of the lot area within 75 feet of
(Estuarine Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern), in this case the structure already exist.
(6) Unless specifically alloyed in 15A NCAC 07H. 0209(d)(10), and shown on the permitted plan drmfing, all
development/construction including the overhangs shall be located a distance of 30 feet landward of normal high
water.
This permit is being issued based on 15A NCAC 07H. 0209(d)(10)(F). Total allowed uncovered decking is a
maximum of 200 square feet within the 30 buffer area.
(7) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of
filter cloth must be installed behveen the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas
until such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover.
(8) Any proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from the normal high water must be contoured to prevent additional
stormwater runoff to the adjacent marsh. This area shall be immediately vegetatively stabilized and must remain
in a vegetated state.
(9) All other disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of
construction completion.
(10) Town ordinance states in part that the primary intent of these regulations is to satisfactorily control stormvater on
an individual parcels of land and to control runoff onto adjacent property, or water induces soil erosion in any
form. To control surface water runoff within property boundaries and not drained onto adjacent areas, both
private and public. The strormwater retention ditches for this new roofed area shall be inspected by town
inspector and a letter shall be provided prior to final inspection stating that it was installed in accordance with the
approved plan.
(11) A as built survey will be required prior to a final inspection being done so that setbacks can be verified.
(12) The steps and stair shall meet all town setbacks.
