Brooks on March 13, 2018 for the construction of a 10-slip docking facility that included a fixed pier, boat lifts and dredging to 4 @ MLW, located at 221 Summer Rest Road, adjacent to Greenville Sound/AIWW, in Wilmington, New Hanover County. State Permit No. 23-18 was modified on April 12, 2019 to reduce the number of slips from ten (10) to eight (8), reduce the number of finger piers from six (6) to four (4), reduce dredge footprint, add a wooden walkway from Summer Rest Road and add a 12'xl2' gazebo.
