It seems that the setback runs through the middle of the existing boatlift. There have been no changes to the setback here, it is still 80ft from the toe of the channel. We could consider this dock to be an encroachment (unless some written permission was provided) and no matter the status (encroachment or not) would not approve any further structures in the setback.
