Similar residences exist on either side of the property. The Shoreline contains no coastal or Section 404 Wetlands, as the entirety of its shoreline is stabilized by bulkhead. The width of Bogue Sound at this point is approximately 500'. The AIWW passes directly offshore of the site. The subaqueous substrates along the shoreline are predominately sand and silt. The Division of Water Resources classifies this area of Bogue Sound as SA-ORW waters. This is not a Primary Nursery Area. This portion of Bogue Sound is open to harvesting shellfish. There are no SAV's surrounding this dock. The parcel is classified in the Cedar Point LUP as Existing Core Area. 10.
