Dear Jon and Sarah,
Daniel and Amy Perry are applying for a CAMA general permit to build a pier, deck and boat lift, located
at 201 Rudolph Drive, Newport River, Carteret County, North Carolina. The specifics of the proposed
work are in the enclosed drawing.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, we are required to notify you of
the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. Please review the
attached drawing.
Should you have any objections to this proposal, please send your written comments to the NC Division
of Coastal Management (DCM) 400 Commerce Avenue, Morehead City, NC 28557, within 10 days of
your receipt of this notice. Such comments will be considered by the DCM in reaching a final decision on
the application. No comment within 10 days of your receipt of this notice will be considered as no
