It looks like they're expanding the portion that runs parallel to the shoreline. We can only count a 6' span running perpendicular to the shoreline towards the access exemption. It looks like they have about 100 sf that would not be part of that exemption. They are allowed t to 4 sf per linear foot of shoreline, so it sounds like what they're proposing will be fine but I would like to get a better sketch from them. Thanks!
