I noticed that according to the Carteret County tax office that Pamela owns 170 and 174
Henderson Drive. This permit would be for 174 correct? You have the address ad 162
Henderson Drive which per CC tax office is James Marshall. I will also need you to obtain
an adjacent neighbor signature from the Marshalls because someone can't sign off for
themselves as an adjacent neighbor if they own the lot next to the one you are
proposing the dock on. This is why the Marshalls would need to be notified as the
adjacent neighbor on this side. I have attached the from you will need for this. After
looking this over and at my notes for the Marshalls and my water depths I took in the
past for this section I believe you have at least two feet of water at a normal low tide
starting at 60' from the marsh edge. The maximum distance allowed into the creek
would be 69' from the edge of marsh. With this said you will need to update your
drawing with your proposed dimensions and any boatlift locations. Please send the
updated drawing to the Marshalls with the riparian form for them to sign as well as the
neighbor that signed the form already. I need to know through signed riparian forms
that both neighbors have no issues with the new proposal.
