I hope you are doing well. My name is Anthony Haslam I live on Spooners Creek and I am applying for a
minor CAMA permit for Eric Pake to remove 55 cubic yards of material from my boat slip behind my
house. I will be away from home until April so I am authorizing Eric Pake to act as my agent for the CAMA
permit. Attached is my application, project Drawing and Eric's authorization form. I will send you in the next
email the approval from my neighbor and Gordy Eure's approval since my house is at the corner of S Spooners
St and Harbor Drive that is maintained by DOT.
Hopefully I filled out the application correctly and you can understand my drawing. All of the depths on the
drawing were taken at low tide on 29 Decenber 2021. The depth outside my slip where the boat will approach
was 6 feet I need a minimum of 6 feet in the slip to accommodate my vessel. To accomplish this Eric needs
to remove 55 cubic yards of material.
Your assistance was much appreciated last spring when I applied for a permit to rebuild my Seawall. Thank
you. Please let me know if you have everything from me and if you have any questions. Eric will pay for the
permit when it is ready. I will send the neighbor approvals in the next email.
