BEGINNING at a point marked by an electrical transformer situate
on the southeast margin of Miller Lane (60 foot right of way), said
beginning point also marking the northeastern corner of the now or
formerly Nathan A. Potter, Sr. property as described in Deed Book

beginning running thence South 30° 44' 00" East 303.43 feet to a pk
nail situate on a bulkhead with rip -rap bordering on the Albemarle
Sound, cornering; running thence along said bulkhead with rip -rap and
