groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me
(this does not apply to bulkheads or riprap revetments). (If you wish to waive the setback, you must sign

Mr. Basnight is applying for a CAMA Minor permit to instil g new Pier construct 16' X 6' walkway with a 16'
X 24' Platform lease see the below drawing, located at 10,K Mallard Ct Grandy NC on the canal leading out
to the Currituck Sound, in Currituck County, North Carolina. The specifics of the proposed work are in
the enclosed application forms and drawings.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required to notify you of
the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. Please review the
attached permit application and drawings.
