It is understood that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or groin
must be set back a minimum or 15' from your area of riparian access unless waived by
you. Bulkheads shall be permitted for construction to the property line, regardless of
setback waivers. Your adjacent property owner would like for you to:

(Ocean Isle Beach only allows you to waive 5' of the 15' setback, meaning there will always be a
20' gap between you and your neighbors' pier, dock, lift, etc.)
