(910) 796-7215. No response is considered the same as no objection if you have been notified by
Certified Mail.

Thanks for your help this afternoon in resolving where
should send this document of notification concerning docks
being built by Larry F Clark, Jr (2510 W. Yacht Dr.) next to my
property on W. Yacht Dr.
have scanned it and am attaching it to this email as per
your suggestion. Please let me know if you receive this email
and the attached document.
appreciate you mentioning any possibility of future additions
Mr. Clark might want to add so he knows that I would not sign
any waiver in future for less than the 15' setback.
Mr. Clark mentioned in a letter to me that he would like to
clear a 6' line
of our property at the property line of brush and nothing larger
than 2" wide would be cleared so they are able to bring
equipment and materials to the work site, which is not on this
waiver but I am ok with as long as no clear harm to the property
is caused.
