I have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessary filing of an application for a minor
development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. Based on the information provided, I have determined that the activity
you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it remains consistent with your site drawing dated received
by DCM on 4/08/2013, and meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet
these conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Structures may be repaired in a similar manner, size and location as the original structure. No expansions or additions are permissible.
The repairs are limited to 50% of the physical value of the existing structure and the following specific conditions.
(1) The project consists of repairing the 10' x 30' gravel parking pad at Lot 196 Orange, in Rogers Bay Campground.
(3) The development must not involve removal, damage, or destruction of threatened or endangered animal or
plant species;
(4) The development must not alter naturally or artificially created surface drainage channels;
(5) The development must not alter the land form or vegetation of a frontal dune;
(6) The development must not be within 30 feet of normal water level or normal high water level; and
(7) The development must be consistent with all applicable use standards and local land use plans in effect at
the time the exemption is granted.
This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal or Local
authorization. This exemption expires 90 days from the date of the letter.

Dear Mr. Dai 1,
Here is the plat you requested for Lot 196 Orange. The dimensions that are used are the
same as the numbers off the park plat. I have enclosed a copy of the plat if you have to
confirm these numbers. I assume all the numbers are correct. If the lot was a perfect
square or rectangle I could figure the numbers myself but as you can see no two numbers
are the same so length times width�total square feet does not give you what you need so 1
can only hope that it was figured correctly at the time of sale. I hope this will help with
me putting my gravel down. Please contact anytime for any further information. I would
like to thank you again for your time and effort helping me get this done correctly,
