This letter of consent is provided to satisfy the requirements of the CAMA Major Permit application for
providing written authorization for material placement within an approximate 1.0 acre site at 307
Bayshore Drive in Cape Carteret. As an agent for the underlying property owner, I authorize Carteret
County (County) to use the parcel for material placement pertaining to the County's maintenance
dredging of Old Ferry Channel and Deer Creek.
Please note, prior to material placement occurring, a formal agreement between the County and McLean
Holding Limited Partnership will be needed to document each parties responsibilities and expectations.
The agreement will provide the terms and conditions of the project along with the anticipated duration.
