Please be advised, the Carteret County Board of County Commission has designated Moffatt &
Nichol as an Authorized Agent for the above referenced project. The authorization entails (and is
limited too) efforts necessary to acquire state and federal permits for the maintenance dredging of
Old Ferry Channel and the Deer Creek system .
