After consideration, I have determined that the activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it remains consistent with your site drawing (prepared by Wake Maker Remodeling and Additions )dated received on 10/30/2012, and meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact me before proceeding. Your project consists of adding a ground level walkway, steps and elevated uncovered deck beneath and around the existing residence. Accessory Uses 1. The development must not disturb a land area greater than 200 square feet. 2. The development must not involve removal, damage, or destruction of threatened or endangered animal or plant species. 3. The development must not alter naturally or artificially created surface drainage channels. 4. The development must not alter the land form or vegetation of a frontal dune. 5. The development must be consistent with all applicable use standards and local land use plans in effect at the time the exemption is granted. 6. The development shall be consistent with all other applicable CAMA permit standards, North Carolina Building Code standards, local ordinances and local land use plans in effect at the time the exemption is granted. This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal or Local authorization. This exemption expires 90 days from the date of the letter. inc ely, J o ail, LP DCM — WIRO Terrie Woodell and Jimmy Canady, North Topsail Beach Inspections One 127 Cardinal Drive Ext., Wilmington, NC 28405 NorthCarolina Phone 910-796-72151 FAX: 910-395-3964 Internet: www,nccoastalmanagement.net Nationally 60 RECEIVED DCM WILMINGTON, NC 0 C T 3 0 2012 4321) Coldwafer Sprin-s Dr Raleigli,.N.C. 27616 P11919-427-4692 F4,k' 919-261-9760 -I COVER SHEET TO: JASON 910--395-3964 FROM T..,ARR.'y` DEAN SUBJECT: DiU"NWING FOR 4715 23R".
